Customer service was great! I had a what I thought was a unique size pool, however the customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. The liner arrived when they said it would and fits perfect!

Great Experience / First time inground pool liner This was my first attempt at measuring, ordering, and installing an inground pool liner. I was quite nervous about the whole idea but was determined to save myself some money. Jeff was extremely helpful and walked me through the whole process. We had our liner in less than a week. It was easy to install, it fit like a glove, and I am very happy I made the decision to go with Pool Liner Factory Outlet! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to save some money on a quality liner. If you are a first timer, ask for Jeff.

True pleasure to work with Could not have gone any better. Entire experience and people were amazing. From the sizing process , to price, to nailing the delivery date, to the follow up after install you will not find a better company. I dealt with Jim and he always answered his phone and emails which is so hard to find these days with press 1 for sales, press 2 for service, run-arounds we have all grown accustom to. Would it be to over the top to hope my liner rips again soon ??? Thank you guys

liner fit the liner was made to big for the shallow end of the pool. lot of wrinkles on the wall of the shallow end.
