I dealt with Jim and he always answered his phone and emails which is so hard to find these days with press 1 for sales, press 2 for service, run-arounds we have all grown accustom to. Would it be to over the top to hope my liner rips again soon ??? Thank you guys

Great company Great, I have a used endless pool and wanted a new liner for it. Endless pools wants to rip u off with a change of ownership fee and has crappy liners. Pool Liner factory outlet helped me out with a much nicer liner for much less! They were very knowledgeable gave me lots of help with the measurements and install. 👍🏊‍♀️

Love my Dolphin Island Pool Liner! My new Dolphin Island Pool Liner looks AMAZING in my pool. My grandchildren loved it. Thanks for this pattern. There should be more very beautiful liners to choose from that has sea life on them. There needs to be lots of brilliant colors as well.

Jim and the staff @ PLO are awesome! Jim and the staff @ PLO are awesome! They returned every email or call promptly and walked me through the process of ordering a pool liner. Being from Hawaii , I could not afford any screw ups with the order and the measurements were right on the money!

I built a pool in Panama in 2020 I built a pool in Panama in 2020. They shipped the liner to me from the US. I am a homeowner and not a pool builder. The liner is great and PLFO was a pleasure to deal with. They were always responsive and very helpful with advice. I will buy from them again and recommend them highly.
