GBViva Naturals has great service… Viva Naturals has great service overall, my only complaints are related to pricing and availability. The prices sometimes change, and the products are sometimes available elsewhere for slightly less. But the worst problem is that items I use every day are sometimes unavailable or even discontinued! I love their products so much that I get a little upset when I can't get them, or can't find them at an affordable price.

GBWe made our order and waited two weeks… We made our order and waited two weeks for the delivery, the wrong product was sent. We called and got the problem fixed and sent out the correct product. A week and a half later we received a package in the mail from Viva, we opened it up to find the correct product but only half of what we ordered. How many times can an order be massed up. Maybe it’s time to find another supplier!!

GBKrill oil capsules aren’t even half full! Well When I went to take a Antarctic Krill oil capsule of theirs I recently bought the capsule crushed in my grip but nothing leaked out! This made me look at the capsule in front of a light bulb and to my surprise it was less than half full! I examined all the capsules in the bottle and they were all the same. This is troubling to me because I just switched to this brand because of the price but every other brand I have ever used of the same dosage had the same size capsules but the were full! I tried calling the company but could reach no one and had to leave a voice message with my number and email address but have not heard back. Buyer beware! I have no idea if this is a deceitful practice or a malfunction but either way filling capsules just halfway gives the appearance of deception I would not think a company who cares about their reputation would ignore! Update: 6 weeks have passed since I left voicemails with this company but have gotten zero response. Not a good sign!

GBgood product, excessive packaging I’ve been taking Viva Naturals krill oil for two years now and am happy with the product. When I received my latest shipment, I was dismayed to see all 6 bottles enclosed in two layers of bubble wrap. In this plastic-clogged world, this seems excessive and unnecessary. In a nutshell, happy with the product and customer service, hate the packaging.

GBToo Long for Product to Get Here It takes too long for the product to arrive once my account has been charged. And the date of arrival isn’t communicated until many days after charge. ’m thinking of cancelling the subscription soon.
