I like that there is a lesson everyday I like that there is a lesson everyday. The fact that I can’t access the new lesson for 24 hours keeps me interested! Everyday is like opening a present. 🎁 I have noticed a difference at work and in my home. My boss has even noticed the change and has complimented my use of new strategies to overcome my procrastination. I have taught her that procrastination isn’t about motivation, it’s about emotional regulation. I find myself rereading lessons and sharing the strategies with my team. I look forward to continuing the program and my journey.

A solid beginning So far I've enjoyed this program. Although I'm not fully immersed un it, I have seen myself trying to walk away from procrastination and back to my important tasks, so I can honestly say that whatever it is that I've read and explored I've been able to put into practice.

This app is a scam This app is a scam, they charged me twice, do different amounts, one that was authorized and was that was not. Emailed them twice with no response.

I like the fact that it is developed to… I like the fact that it is developed to help on a daily basis and once you complete the lesson you have to wait for the next day, regardless if you wanted to move forward. This way you don’t overwhelm yourself too much and loose interest in it. Also the fact that each lesson has 3 main windows to answer to.
