Todayistheday: bite sized insights that make a difference Todayistheday offers bite sized insights into your own thought processes around procrastination and self worth. You need to be honest with yourself in using it. Some of the statements seem obvious and you would think that five to ten minute focusses on a theme would make little difference. However, because the short timeframe per day allows you to give it your full attention the cumulative effect of that thinking and analysis is surprisingly impactful. At a week in I am making changes. If it isn't working for you you can always cancel. Worth a go in my opinion.

Very helpful and informative on helpful… TodayIsTheDay is an incredibly helpful website for anyone looking to create a plan for managing their ADHD. The website is well-designed and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. The resources provided, such as printable worksheets and checklists, were also very useful in helping me stay on track with my plan. Scam company Scam company, avoid, avoid avoid. I signed up for a free month, entered my card details then cancelled the subscription right away, to make sure that I only used the free month. Exactly one month later they’ve taken £80.44 from my account. I contacted them by email to ask for a refund and they are refusing, instead offering me a refund of 25%! I’ve had to wait days for them to come back to me and now they’re telling me there is an 11 day cooling off period and refusing to refund me again. Total nonsense of course, there’s no mention of any of this in the sign up. Even if there was I cancelled on the day I signed up. Basically scammers!

"accidental charges" and strong upselling Updated review from 1 Star: Thought I might try this product and after clicking for a basic trial there was a barrage of upsells/add ons. I clicked "NO" to all of them and decided that such aggressive upselling was a red flag and went to my credit card website and blocked them. The first charge got through but sure enough an add on charge was attempted but thankfully blocked. I replied to the subscription confirmation email asking to cancel. (I did not use or even visit the app at all). I did get a reply today apologizing for the accidental charge and saying they "canceled the subscription so that you won't be charged for another period". I replied and repeated my request to cancel the initial charge as well since I have not accessed the product at all. Waiting on their response. If they deal fairly and honor my request I will update my review again.

Worth the Investment in Yourself! I have learned a lot about myself and am beginning to recognize my triggers and thought patterns that lead me to procrastinate. With the help of the lessons I am also starting to work through past thought patterns and build confidence that I can accomplish more than I think and find attainable ways to do that. This has definitely been worth the investment.
