Above and beyond . . . the best. My BF works in the ER and needed hand sanitizer for home to protect his family. Not surprisingly, he tried multiple stores and they were all sold out. He didn’t have time to run around from store to store seeking hand sanitizer during Covid-19. Finding a company that had hand sanitizer in stock during Covid-19 was a small miracle. As if that wasn’t the highlight, it was reasonably priced and they delivered. I bought enough for my friends and neighbors. The scents are fabulous, the quality outstanding and customer service superb! Mostly, I want to say THANK YOU for not price gauging customers who really need this product at a time like this!

You didn't send the product i ordered You didn't send the product i ordered, you substituted without consulting me. When I contacted your company to ask about the switch the response I received was "I do apologize for the wrong item being sent but it is just as good, if not better, in my opinion." You didn't even contact me beforehand or after to inform me of the switch. I ordered 2 bottles of the product I wanted, but i would not have ordered 2 bottles of the product you sent me. The scent of this product truly bothers me and it irritates my skin.

I was looking for hand sanitizer and… I was looking for hand sanitizer and came across this product/company. After reading reviews decided to try the Live Germ Free sanitizer. Really wanted the lavender scent but order was cancelled in the middle of the process even after payment was made and receiving shipping notification. Received prompt refund for that order and thought I would try again with the coconut scent. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick with receipt of product within a week from ordering. Exactly what I wanted.

My online order could not process because I have a different ship to than my billing address but whoever that nice lady is that answers your phones took care of me. She processed my order by phone. Also, I pointed out to her an inconsistency on your website with the descriptions for hand sanitizers and she checked on during the call. She also told me that she would follow up with the proper department to get it corrected. This is the 2nd time I have ordered your hand sanitizer since COVID-19, and I really appreciate the fast, courteous service. Stay well!
