Fabulous price, fabulous formula Their formula for eyeshadows is great, the price point you cannot beat. Their various types of palettes are always great and they usually have a sale going on. They are fabulous.

Customer service here is horrible Customer service here is horrible! I ordered my items on November 23 and I have yet to receive any shipping information from them. I swear this is the last time on going to order from them! I've reached out to their customer service via email and all I've gotten was an automated response!

Horrible costumer service Their products are pretty good for the price however, I had 4 different answers to my questions from 4 different costumer service people including Emma, the manager. This is one of the worst companies to deal with if you have any issues with your orders.
