No refund for the cancelled order I ordered an item and later the order was cancelled by the Eshop. I still haven´t received the refund although more then one month has passed and I urgued them couple of times. Highly unrecommended.

I ordered my package and added the two… I ordered my package and added the two day shipping and three days later I still hadn’t received my package I messaged them and they said it takes two days for processing and that they sent it out in the mail on the third day and that my package was on its way and two more days went by and I still hadn’t received my package and I messaged them again and they said they didn’t have what I ordered so I received a refund (even though my package was supposedly already shipped out) and I have to wait at least 2 business days to get my refund back

False advertising False advertising! The picture of the item was exactly what I wanted. No description was given; this should have been my clue. What arrived was a tenth of the amount. Customer service simple responded with "no refund due to what we sell". I get that, but I didn't make the mistake. Went to leave a review of the product for future buys to know what size/amount they would be getting if purchased and surprisingly it's been removed from the website.

The Naughty Surprise box is not what… The Naughty Surprise box is not what they say its worth, it is advertised as Every box will contain 4-5 products totaling a retail value of $100 or more. if a pair of fishnet stockings, a sample of nipple cream a rubber vibrating cock ring and some silk rope is over $100 then it must be some very expensive stuff. When talking to a live agent on chat they are less than courteous. Even a double order which should have been over $200 was less than acceptable.
