I have not been able to get in contact with support, even out of the 7 times I have attempted to request to speak with customer support. I have no idea where my order is, and I paid for the 2-3 day shipping and as far as I am aware, it hasn't even shipped yet. I have not received any emails back yet, and am I very frustrated with this service I have received.
