GBproblems with kyrobak 1. the product is overpriced. it seems like you are preying on people with medical problems; it does work, but not to the advertised amount. 2. the guarantee Is so complicated that it is almost impossible to follow. 3. my first kyrobak was defective. the return process, and getting a replacement was so cumbersome, and length (almost 3 months) that I now have less trust in kyrobak to keep my information confidential, and that if I do try to return I won't be able to. 4. re: 3 above, kyrobak didn't send me a replacement, and until I badgered them enough they finally recognized that I had paid for a kyrobak (they had no clue who I was after I returned the defective machine) and had returned a defective machine. I was totally unhappy about their bookkeeping, and honesty.

GBThe Kyrobak Please be advised that the Kyrobak was a waste of money. I used it according to instruction and it did absolutely nothing. I tried contacting the company and couldn't get though, so was never able to get a customer service rep.

GBNot fit for pupose. I try this for about 2weeks and during that time my ability to walk was greatly reduce and the pain I was in was unbearable. I had a rest from it until I was in less pain and could walk a little more. On the second try of it I only managed a week. I phoned to find out how to return it and get a refund (I was not worried about the extra insurance I had taken out on it) I was informed that lots of people have found it useful and I could not return it and get a refund. I told the girl I was speaking t it was not fit for the purpose it had be sold to be and basically was tod tough try and sale it privately. So I would say stay away from this as it does not work it makes matters worse and the customer service is rude and unhelpful. The chances of get you money back is nil.

GBUnacceptable Unit came without the power cord. When I called to report it, the customer service rep. was incredulous then finally offerred to send a "replacement." There was no attempt to get it to me quickly so by the time it arrived about two weeks later, the unit had been stored and forgotten. In the meantime, I started doing yoga as my doctor had suggested to try and avoid a spinal fusion. I asked him about using this device but he was not aware of it or anything like it. He had doubts about how useful it might be, so I have yet to use it and will try to return it for a refund.

GBnotice of improvement I do feel there has been a noticeable improvement in reducing my back pain. It isn't completely gone like I had hoped but I am certainly more comfortable than before staring to use it. I am hoping I will continue to see improvement by daily use either once or twice a day.
