Rubber band broken Although rubber band was broken on shipment and parts went all over the place. I received very quickly help from InFloorPoolParts and was able to change my faulty mechanism on diffaclean!

recent purchase i purchased an in floor part module about 2 months ago, we had it for a month then it jammed up, the spring has broken or something . I have tried to contact you now three times via email and nothing has been responded to. its really hard when we live in Australia and I would appreciate a reply asap as my pool cleaning is non existent now .

Make sure its the right part! I ordered the wrong Caretaker Top Housing sent it back ordered the right one, the returned item was returned to me with postage due, I called they said I damaged the threads on the union, needless to say I have a top housing that cost me about 350.00 that is worthless to me.

Had the right parts and the right price. I live in the same city so I was going to stop and pick my order up when it was ready. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days then called. It had been ready the day after I ordered but they didn't let me know.
