Awful Awful Awful Well, I was desperate for a pool part and didn't look at reviews. Awful, Awful, Awful. Website says shipping within 48 "business hours", which I took to mean 6 business days - a little over a week. 2 1/2 weeks later, even after multiple emails and phone calls there is no response and no product. I will dispute the charge and move on. Lesson learned. Beware - they also go under the names PoolVacParts.com and AZ Pool Supplies.

Rubber band broken Although rubber band was broken on shipment and parts went all over the place. I received very quickly help from InFloorPoolParts and was able to change my faulty mechanism on diffaclean!
