GBgood customer service, not so good on in-stock notifications Just make sure it's in stock. Needed parts asap. Placed order and luckily was too cheap to pay for expedited delivery as the parts were not in stock to ship for several days anyway. Would have been really upset had i paid for the outrageous next day or two day shipping only to learn that i could have used ground and gotten them just as quick. Maybe they refund you in that situation but they need to notify you that stuff's not in stock before placing order.

GBHelpful Folks I bought a part for my in PC2000. Initially, I ordered it online. The credit card information was not collected correctly, resulting in a delay in delivery, but I was able to go directly to the store, where the part was ready, and where they promptly credited my delivery fees. I'd use them again without hesitation.

GBHad the right parts and the right price. I live in the same city so I was going to stop and pick my order up when it was ready. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days then called. It had been ready the day after I ordered but they didn't let me know.
