Fast Response to a Hacking Problem Once I was assured this company is connected to Microsoft, I agreed to have them clean my computer which had been hacked and add Network Security. It took a little while but I am feeling confident that no one will get in again. Fortunately nothing bad happened. I might suggest that there be some kind of double check from Microsoft to guarantee their partners as it is very hard to be sure when you have been hacked.
