Fast Response to a Hacking Problem Once I was assured this company is connected to Microsoft, I agreed to have them clean my computer which had been hacked and add Network Security. It took a little while but I am feeling confident that no one will get in again. Fortunately nothing bad happened. I might suggest that there be some kind of double check from Microsoft to guarantee their partners as it is very hard to be sure when you have been hacked. Adam was very patient with me, which I appreciate.
