My computer screen was completely black… My computer screen was completely black and would not show my desktop. Kevin was my technician and he worked on my laptop doing all the necessary updates. Eliminated PC Lockout The tech was able to help me get past a "lockout" on my laptop imposed by a hacker. He also checked everything and ran scans to identify and eliminate threats. I will not hesitate to use their services again and to recommend them to any of my associates.
