Absolutely one of the best hosting companies! I’ve been with simplemining.io for about 7 months now and undoubtedly, they are the best hosting company I’ve worked with (I have machines hosted with 5 companies). Excellent communication is what makes Simple Mining shine. Prompt notifications of load shedding really helps ease the worries, and Nick is always around to communicate. I can usually get a response within minutes. Adam and Nick even took the time to set up a conference call to take me on a tour of their mining facility and answered all my questions when first signing up. Deployment is super fast - incoming machines are usually online the same day if not the next day. I also had a few units that needed repairs but the team was able to get everything up and running with minimal downtime. The only small demerit I can think of is that they don’t accept miners not purchased through them, but then again many other companies have the same policy so not an huge issue. Pros far outweigh the cons.

GREAT repair techs for my Antminer One of my 110Th machines was behaving weird, so I had it shipped to Simple Mining. They worked on it the day it arrived, provided great details to me, and had it run for a couple days to make sure everything was okay. GREAT service.

An example of how the Crypto Mining Space should work It is so difficult in the crypto space to find a trustworthy vendor that does what they promise. Nick and team does exactly what they promise and more. So far my experience has been exemplary. Some examples wold be: miners placed in service within 5 days of order, email notifications of minor site issues before I even know about them, one on one communication with sales/billing, and in general response times in minutes not the days/weeks that I am used to. Compared to my current vendors, they serve as an example of how this business should run and grow.
