No unlock code. Purchased an unlock code August 2023.They couldn't provide the code.E mailed to say I would get the promised refund.Never recieved the refund.E mailed them a number of times .No response recieved.Tried to phone but got no answer. Need I say more. Edward Miller.Rep.of Ireland.

Got my refund but had to claim it. Paid my £4.79 for unlock code for a siemens c25e on old Orange network. Next day got an email ....we cannot find a code and will refund to your card in 5 days. Nothing happened after 10 days I filled in their online form on their website (Contact Us) and got an email .....refund on way this came to my card account next day via Paypal Merchant services

I unfortunately did not read any… I unfortunately did not read any reviews before purchasing. I wanted an unlock code quick and cheap and this was the first link in Google so I put in the details and made the payment. All seemed legit until I read the reviews and saw that this service simply sends out a generic email saying there is a problem with the IMEI and the phone cannot be unlocked about 4 hours later. I emailed immediately regarding this, had no response since but this morning I did receive the refund back into my account. So all's well that ends well but in future I would advise anyone to avoid .

Fake fake fake If you really want to unlocked your phone please go somewhere else because, the unlock shop is there just for steal people's money 3 times I try with them to unlock my phone they don't unlocked the phones and they don't refound me my money back, they're scam stealer...bad the unlock shop

Scam UPDATE: I reported the website to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, as they also have Irish contact details. I will also report them to Gardaí, but after contacting Revolut, proving order was paid, unfulfilled and no replies to my emails looking for refund, I received a chargeback. The amount is fairly minor, but it's about the principle. The 'company' is purely robbing people and relying on them letting it go. As almost everyone else states, this company is a scam. I needed to urgently unlock my phone, despite them advertising an instant unlock. 24 hours later I received an email saying unlock failure and I'd get my money refunded. As everyone before me, no refund arrived on my account. I should've read the reviews before engaging with this so called company and I will consider other avenues to make sure no one else falls for this scam.
