Poor service, don't honor warranty. Purchase several guns from them over the years but on their Walther P38 I only had it 3 weeks until it malfunctioned Mailed it by Fedex certified delivery back to them with service form included and no response. E-mailed several times and no response. Had confirmation of delivery so know they received it but no communication and gun never returned. Will keep trying but if they want to play that game I am going to start posting reviews on Youtube warning potential buyers .

Fast shipping, good products Only ordered from there one time, but they shipped fast, and when I got my product (Beretta 92fs nickel/wood) it came packaged securely, clean, and exactly as the description stated. Good enough for me, no issues 👍

Beautiful Replica Beretta 92 A1 👌 Thanks for the discount! Excellent recreation/replica of the original/real thing! The upper receiver/slide lever doesn't work properly and have to fight with it every time I try to set it back, but other than that, great gun, and feels terrific in the hand. Love the full auto option on this piece 😁👌! Thank you Umarex!
