GBReturn Update I'm still in limbo regarding my return of product which did not work. To date not impressed with this company's communication skills. What part of "return of product" do you NOT understand? Forms have been filled out and mailed with item. Also $12.45 of postage on my part. Your reply just confirms my comment regarding communication.

GBGood but could be a Lot Better The ordering and shipping process was great but the customer service after the sale left a lot to be desired. The gun would not hold air right out of the box, leaked out almost as fast as it went in. I sent an email with no response and then started calling the customer service number. I held for roughly 30 min the first call before deciding to hang up and trying again later. I tried again later that afternoon but was the same so I did the automated option to have the first available agent call me back. No call back… Tried again the following day, no call back… I ended up unscrewing the revisor and found a split O ring just inside the fill port area, luckily, I had one the same size in a set that fit and no further issues to date. The gun is extremely accurate and a lot of fun to plink with!

GBMP40 magazine order I ordered a Legends MP40 magazine. The item was shipped fast. There were no issues with the order or the mag (works fine), and it is exactly what I ordered/wanted. Sad to say, but this type of good (no issues) service is kinda rare these days.
