GBProduct issue handled very well by seller My unit ran into an issue where it would shut down when activating vibration and suction functions at the same time. It was out of warranty, but the seller was great and responsive and still took care of my product issue when they didn't have to.

GBI initially received no tracking number My product was delivered and works great! But I had to contact customer service several times just to get a tracking number. They should have sent it out automatically through email like any other company. I checked my inbox and spam emails, too--never got it.

GBEarned my trust For some reason my toys was brokend and Edison do what as they mentioned in their warranties. responsive and reliable. I've seen some bad reviews here and so doubt about that.
