GBI initially received no tracking number My product was delivered and works great! But I had to contact customer service several times just to get a tracking number. They should have sent it out automatically through email like any other company. I checked my inbox and spam emails, too--never got it.

GBProduct issue handled very well by seller My unit ran into an issue where it would shut down when activating vibration and suction functions at the same time. It was out of warranty, but the seller was great and responsive and still took care of my product issue when they didn't have to.

GBBeen shopping since 2022 Overall great Brand & items. I've ordered more than 10 times here. Quality has been top I'm hoping next year to buy some of their more high price items. Only issue I've had has the cock ring I bought not working after several times use not sure why and they sent me a replacement, besides that everything has been perfect.
