GBReplacement dead on arrival too Update: I received a replacement unit the next week, which was also unfortunately dead on arrival. My refund was processed promptly. The customer service is great and every other product I've ordered from JimmyJane has been great. This was just a flawed product that should not have been released in its current form, hopefully they improve on this build and come out with something better in the future. The device came dead on arrival last week and no one from customer service has reached out since I emailed for support.

GBProduct Great/Service Not So Much... Product: Even better than I expected Shipping: claimed I would be notified when the item(s) shipped, but I wasn't. If you claim in the introductory email that something will happen -- and it doesn't -- it reduces trust and raises questions such as: "Did they really ship it?" or "When will it arrive?" so arrangements can be made if the recipient happens to be out of town.
