10/10 customer service I reached out to customer service asking about a product they don't carry anymore. They were quick to reply, gave me a suggestion (which was perfect for me), and offered me a discount I wasn't even fishing for. I appreciated that interaction. I will always be loyal to this toy brand!

Nothing wrong with JimmyJane Nothing wrong with JimmyJane, the new product (Finger messager) just wasn't as good as we expected. We have bought many items in the past, and always have had great experiences. This one just didn't do it for us.

Takes a bit of getting used to, but DAMN! This toy takes some getting used to, and I would have preferred a bit more info on what all this baby features. I will say the parts I've figured out are pretty incredible! I'm looking forward to the continued exploration!
