GBGood customer service There have been some fitment issues with the supplied mag adapter. Tapp Airsoft have sent me a replacement but that also had fitment issues. They have since contacted me to say they are working on making the adapter fit perfectly. Their customer service so far has been exemplary. I'll update the review once the Working replacement has arrived.

GBExcellent product and customer service Excellent customer service. Not every gen is the same and when I had ferment issues they did everything in their power to make sure the adapter works for my gun. It took awhile but everything works flawlessly now. Very pleased with my purchase and service received by Tapp.

GBWon't be buying from again Custom service was 5 stars, but I think I'm done buying tapp products. Customer support has always taken care of me, but ive bought three different adapters and I've had to contact customer service over two. The 3rd one just kind of works enough that I don't wanna deal with sending it back. The other two times I've delt with customer support, the adapters I've gotten back I've had to work a little more to get to work like they should. So customer service 5stars adapters 1star.

GBI like what they're doing I like what they're doing. 3D printed airsoft magazine adapters that effectively replace CO2 or Green Gas for an HPA setup is absolutely fantastic. That said, there are other companies that offer similar products for less money and better quality. The website itself is great, really lack luster on a mobile device though, really hard to navigate compared to on a computer.
