MYTM Saiga M4 HPA Adapter I purchased a TM Saiga M4 Adapter during the very first release. I ended up having issue with this first release but Tapp took care of me despite finding out 6 months later. The replacement adapter works great! Thank you for such great service and product

GBMy adapter was bought from a separate… My adapter was bought from a separate company in uk which came broken. I messaged tappairsoft on instgram and they were incredibly helpful in ways to help me fix it. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed so they have sent me a new one free of charge. Excellent service, can't believe how helpful and friendly these guys are. Truly incredible!

GBUnresponsive Customer Service The order shipped and then got lost in transit, I contacted Tapp 3 days after it was scheduled to be delivered and was lost after filing a missing mail claim asking if they could send a replacement. 3 business days later, no response. I sent another email describing the same issue, no response. Package suddenly gets marked as delivered 8 days later with no actual delivery of the product. Yes it's the post offices loss of the package, no contact has been made still. Only way to get the money back is to do a reversal since their customer service won't reply to emails.

GBGood customer service There have been some fitment issues with the supplied mag adapter. Tapp Airsoft have sent me a replacement but that also had fitment issues. They have since contacted me to say they are working on making the adapter fit perfectly. Their customer service so far has been exemplary. I'll update the review once the Working replacement has arrived.

NLTapp Airsoft - Solid Experience Recently grabbed some gear from Tapp Airsoft. First one had a bit of a leak, but they quickly sent over an upgraded replacement. Shipping to the Netherlands was surprisingly quick. Props to Tapp Airsoft for their solid service! 👍
