Great Customer Service Experience Overall i had a great experience with this site. I placed an order for an in-stock doll, but later on they contacted me and told me that the doll was no longer in stock. It could have ended there, but they went above and beyond. They sent me a different doll with the same body, and then they sent me the head I had ordered after producing it in China. I basically ended up with a free head, I just had to wait a little longer to get the correct head.

Biggest thing you arent explained too.. is the angle of the doll is very hard to reach in certain positions and wish product was more realistic in that perspective... also that things could be adjusted in more depth woulda gave a better overall experience. But rexieved product and was to expectations generally... standing feet is a must.. especially for cleaning to me wish i got them installed

I felt like their biggest priority was my satisfaction the whole time. I loved that they send pics of the completed doll prior to shipping to ensure you are happy with the product. My doll was a WM Doll and came with a certificate of authenticity verifiable on the WM Dolls website. My doll is gorgeous and looks just like the pics on SRSD website. The attention to detail and realism is impeccable. I would certainly order from SRSD again with no hesitation.
