SRSD was very helpful and patient as they sent in my requests to the manufacturer back and forth during the whole process. JY Dolls, even though they had to do extra work, the quality of the doll has exceeded my expectations. No lines along the body, a hymen, lovely jiggle physics, and for a TPE doll, the amount of oil on the surface of the skin is surprisingly low. All in all, the doll turned out simply amazing.

Great Customer Service Experience Overall i had a great experience with this site. I placed an order for an in-stock doll, but later on they contacted me and told me that the doll was no longer in stock. It could have ended there, but they went above and beyond. They sent me a different doll with the same body, and then they sent me the head I had ordered after producing it in China. I basically ended up with a free head, I just had to wait a little longer to get the correct head.
