Bad shipping practices Ordered product October 28 was supposed to arrive 5-14 days following; November 11 product still has not been picked up at original selling point. 25 digit tracking code has been established for USPS and UPS. Unacceptable business practice. I guess 1 star is better than no star for a review!

Shipped to the wrong address which… Shipped to the wrong address which resulted in the item being returned to sender. Zero follow up from customer service after multiple emails and no one answers their customer service phone. I’m out almost $200 with nothing to show for it.

So far, so good! She loved the gift So far, so good! She loved the gift. The swing arrived in a timely manner and was a great sensation for both of us. Seems well designed, strong and well-built. Padding on the seat and back rest could be much better, even as an additional option. We will probably add sheepskin or other soft material to wrap around the seat, etc for better comfort. Head rest provided is a must. Don't buy another swing without it... this is the best one! Also, very important, if mounting to ceiling joist, we suggest buying high quality indoor swing ceiling hardware available on Amazon. Enjoy!

I had a particular question regarding ceiling height and they were so incredibly helpful, offering a variety of solutions. I am so glad that I spent that little bit more for a top-notch piece of kit.

Awesome Customer Service! When placing my initial order I added some hardware that I didn’t realize was already included with the kit. Abby emailed me the next day to verify that I wanted the extra hardware but let me know I didn’t really need it. Right after placing my order I saw there was an even more elaborate kit available. So I asked if I could change the order. I was able to pay the difference and get all the bells and whistles. Awesome customer experience. Thank you for the great customer service!
