Product was shipped and received as… Product was shipped and received as expected with all of the representative parts included. There was no instructions manual as was indicated on the YouTube video demonstrating the swing. All in all, a decent product. I replaced the spring with one that would hold more weight; changed out a quick link and ignored the eye bolt included in the swing. I am modifying the swing to provide us maximum utilization.

Shipped to the wrong address which… Shipped to the wrong address which resulted in the item being returned to sender. Zero follow up from customer service after multiple emails and no one answers their customer service phone. I’m out almost $200 with nothing to show for it.

I had a fantastic experience with this… I had a fantastic experience with this company and product. They are very good at overseas shipping. The sticker price is inclusive of shipping and customs. I had a particular question regarding ceiling height and they were so incredibly helpful, offering a variety of solutions. I am so glad that I spent that little bit more for a top-notch piece of kit.

Awesome Customer Service! When placing my initial order I added some hardware that I didn’t realize was already included with the kit. Abby emailed me the next day to verify that I wanted the extra hardware but let me know I didn’t really need it. Right after placing my order I saw there was an even more elaborate kit available. So I asked if I could change the order. I was able to pay the difference and get all the bells and whistles. Awesome customer experience. Thank you for the great customer service!
