There was no instructions manual as was indicated on the YouTube video demonstrating the swing. All in all, a decent product. I replaced the spring with one that would hold more weight; changed out a quick link and ignored the eye bolt included in the swing. I am modifying the swing to provide us maximum utilization.

GBGreat Seller I had called with questions and a live person answered all my questions which is a HUGE plus these days of the automated service lines. Product is of high quality as well. And website is very informative however, my only constructive criticism would be to polish the website with a search function because I had to go to google to find out how to wash the swing which I couldn't seem to find on there easily and google took me to there page but its not listed in FAQs.

GBScreamer dual hook. Just Amazing I am absolutely happy with the screamer dual hook first swing ever purchased. I bought it as a surprise for my wife (stuff she is really not into) so I hid it and we was doing the normal and I told her that I wanted to show her something when she saw it she was not for it, but she gave it a try and within minutes she was all for it and she got her two O so quick! If anyone knows of a card game for position for a swing only I would love to know so we can draw a card a night to keep interesting?

GBShipped to the wrong address which… Shipped to the wrong address which resulted in the item being returned to sender. Zero follow up from customer service after multiple emails and no one answers their customer service phone. I’m out almost $200 with nothing to show for it.

GBBad shipping practices Ordered product October 28 was supposed to arrive 5-14 days following; November 11 product still has not been picked up at original selling point. 25 digit tracking code has been established for USPS and UPS. Unacceptable business practice. I guess 1 star is better than no star for a review!
