AUAlways Exceptional Service I’ve bought a fair amount from Mr S over the last 18 months and the service has always been exceptional. I’m in Sydney so I usually get in touch about sizing before placing an order to confirm which size would be best. On the odd occasion where the fit isn’t exactly what I’m after they’ve gone over and above to fix it. They just custom made two new straps for a jock/harness set to get the perfect fit for me at no extra cost. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

GBExcellent customer service! When working with customer service Mr. S is doing it right. Every time I have contacted customer service they get back to me within a day, I have requested very specific things and they always get it to me exactly how I ordered. Also, one thing that always makes me happy is receiving the note slip thanks you for your purchase that has a team member’s signature in it.
