After ordering It and did not receiving… After ordering It and did not receiving a tracking number for a few days I started to do some research and thought for sure I was going to get scammed. However after reaching out and getting a tracking number I'm happy to say product arrived Was a week late But other than that was a smooth transaction. If purchasing from this company all I will say is don't expect it within the 1-4 days due to it coming from overseas it's just not gonna happen. But for the price if you can just be patient you should be happy with the out come😉

Order not shipped yet and no response from CS Seems to be quite common, I ordered almost 4 days ago now and it is still awaiting shipping, even tho they say they ship within 24 hours of the payment. I also emailed they're support team twice about a different problem with my order and never got a response. Fast shipping Fast shipping. Machine is well constructed. It is quiet. It handles very slow speeds well which is especially important in anal penetration. The duty cycle copes with long sessions without overheating. The unit is very stable in both horizontal and vertical configurations and adjusts easily to a wide range of angles. Perhaps the on/off press button on the wired hand controller could be of a little higher quality as I suspect it may not have an extended duty cycle, however it should be easy and inexpensive to replace in the unlikely event of failure. In summary, it works well and is a quality product.

Amazing company with great customer service! Purchased a product from this company over a year ago. Had some issues with it, and they were just amazing. They helped troubleshoot and unfortunately (due to my own fault) the product was not fixable. They worked so good with me to purchase the same product at a lower price because I didn't need everything that came with the original product. Amazing customer service top notch!!!
