Fast shipping Fast shipping. Machine is well constructed. It is quiet. It handles very slow speeds well which is especially important in anal penetration. The duty cycle copes with long sessions without overheating. The unit is very stable in both horizontal and vertical configurations and adjusts easily to a wide range of angles. Perhaps the on/off press button on the wired hand controller could be of a little higher quality as I suspect it may not have an extended duty cycle, however it should be easy and inexpensive to replace in the unlikely event of failure. In summary, it works well and is a quality product.

Helpful Got my order and my machine was missing parts. After emailing customer support and waiting a few days they were able to resolve my issue by letting me know that there was a second package I was receiving with the parts.
