Item broke first time in use Item broke first time in use. Contacted customer service, took a few days to get response,they replied no need to return item, New one will ship shortly. Three weeks later nothing and can not get response from customer service. Beware

I love the products collection they… I love the products collection they have, they have so many products in every category sometimes it gets hard to choose one. I recently bought a product from here, the quality of the item which I bought is excellent. I hope that they will provide this type of quality products in the future also.

never recieved my package Ordred and paid 2 day air.. been over 6 days no package!!.. sent several emails no response can't call no phone number listed . So they basically ripped me off

Placed order slow on processing Placed order slow on processing, ship time is good but when I received my order. The most expensive item and one more we're missing even though my invoice said that it was shipped. I only received one tracking number. As soon as I got my order and noticed the items we're missing then, I tried to contact the com several times a day several days in a row. I still haven't heard from anyone.
