Poor Service I ordered on a Monday, and paid for 2 day air shipping. It is now Friday. That's 5 days. I emailed several times...no response. I called, no response. I tracked the package, and it isn't scheduled to be delivered until Tuesday. That's 8 days, and completely unacceptable. If I pay for expedited shipping, that's exactly what I should get.

The most expensive item and one more we're missing even though my invoice said that it was shipped. I only received one tracking number. As soon as I got my order and noticed the items we're missing then, I tried to contact the com several times a day several days in a row. I still haven't heard from anyone.
