I recently had to say goodbye to my 12… I recently had to say goodbye to my 12 year old dog.. so the wuffes supliments were no longer needed and I had forgotten to cancel my subscription. I emailed wuffes and they sent a heartfelt response as well as refunded my money in a few hours. Customer Service Rep Veronica is the best! I tried the Advanced Hip & Joint Support for a few months and while I didn't notice a difference in my dog, I also was using this more as a preventative for my 11 year old dog rather than to fix anything. I missed cancelling the subscription but the customer service rep Veronica was super quick to help me cancel my order since I didn't want to continue at the time.
