Customer Service Rep Veronica is the best! I tried the Advanced Hip & Joint Support for a few months and while I didn't notice a difference in my dog, I also was using this more as a preventative for my 11 year old dog rather than to fix anything. I missed cancelling the subscription but the customer service rep Veronica was super quick to help me cancel my order since I didn't want to continue at the time. 15 yr old lab Our 15 yr old lab took wuffes for her last 3yrs. It helped her mobility and kept her happy. She was more playful while taking it. Would recommend!!

I recently had to say goodbye to my 12… I recently had to say goodbye to my 12 year old dog.. so the wuffes supliments were no longer needed and I had forgotten to cancel my subscription. I emailed wuffes and they sent a heartfelt response as well as refunded my money in a few hours. It’s hard to find a company with such integrity and long term thinking and I will forever be a grateful customer! Keep up the great work and thank you so much!

Great customer service I recently set up a subscription with Wuffes, then shortly after my pup passed away. Aldahir quickly helped me cancel the subscription and refunded the order that shipped before I could let them know what happened. Email contact was fast and efficient & very helpful!
