! ! ! SCAM SCAM SCAM ! ! ! It was very strange when a low rating review was placed on my Google business listing. The review was by a person we had never met. Following this was an email from ReviewSolved saying they would come to the rescue and remove the review for a FEE of course ( with a very good chance they may have written the review ). Please don't fall into the hands of this trick/ scam!

This is a scam! This is a scam!! They removed my company from google business as I requested only to find out 2 weeks later it is back on google business and says my company is permanently close which is incorrect. They have hurt my business and took my money. Benson Pearce is a scam artist and they invoiced us from a fake company and fake details.

We received an email from ReviewSolved in which it said “I came across your Google My Business profile and would like to know if you are interested in removing your unfair reviews from Google.” It also included a screen shot of the review. They had used the image of a singer with his unfavorable review comment. We have no association with the entertainment industry and of course we have never met the alleged reviewer. What would a singer want with an engineering type business? Very clever scam, however they’re amateurs at grammar. Check this. To Quote. “Whether you want to remove Google reviews or your [SIC] looking to opt out from Google My Business permanently , we can help”

They won't stop harassing me They won't stop harassing me. I've reported them to BBB and CASL and they won't unsubscribe me. It's been 8 months and they still harass me.

Three weeks ago we paid an amount of… Three weeks ago we paid an amount of money to have fake reviews removed and have heard nothing since, despite emailing/phoning etc. Suspect this is a scam company
