GBI have sent multiple messages and… I have sent multiple messages and emails requesting to cancel to my order. A representative named Cally emails be back as if she is a robot. Tells me that the order will be shipped soon. Then emails me that order has been shipped. Basically didn't pay attention to what I am exiting in the email. 0 star customer service.
