My order was missing an adapter My order was missing an adapter. I emailed support about it, thought I didn't hear back; their email tag contains a bunch of chinese characters, so it went straight into my spam. I left a review here stating that I didn't hear back, and they contacted me through email and fixed the issue promptly and politely.Overall solid piece of equipment. Had a few instances were the machine turned off due to resistance (i think) but all in all its quiet, easy to set up, and powerful. Would love to see some type of stand adapters to make it more sturdy or taller. This model is amazing. Very quiet compared to other models. Decently strong motor too! Adjustability is 4* but still gets the job done in most positions.
