GBI ordered a product and when it came in… I ordered a product and when it came in it wasn’t quite what I expected. I contacted the site, a person responded to me within a week. Sent me out another product that I had within the next week.

GBCan’t contact customer service I ordered from this company because of their return policy. I have submitted the form twice and have called both numbers without an answer. I was leery about the product anyways but because of their return policy I went ahead. Edit to reply: on your website verbatim “SATISFACTION We are not happy, until you are! If you are not satisfied just return product during the first 30 days after receiving.” It still doesn't answer as to why I couldn’t contact customer from either phone number or get a reply from the email address posted.

GBI cannot find anything negative to say … I cannot find anything negative to say about this store. The products were exactly as described and shown and delivery was made in a timely manner. Above all else the customer service was impeccable: professional, discreet and completely helpful, something that is absolutely essential for a business in this particular industry. The website itself is modern, easy to navigate, very well put together and clearly categorised, with a very professional finish. I highly recommend Sextoyzone, it exceeded every one of my (our) expectations - a huge thumbs up!

GBNo refund for incorrect item after I followed their return instructions I ordered a harness. They sent me one in the wrong color. I contacted them to return it, and they took weeks to approve the return. Then they told me to ship it to an address in Canada, despite their website claiming that everything ships from the US. I shipped it to Canada and sent them a picture of the receipt so they could refund me and reimburse for shipping. A month later, I haven't received a refund, and they've stopped responding to my emails. I'm out not only the $90 I spent on the harness, but also the $20something I spent on shipping it to Canada.
