GBOnly one "match". It wasn't clear that there was a free version, so I spent a long time completing a personality questionnaire, then paid for three months. It then showed me only ONE match, totally unsuitable and nowhere near where I live. I asked for a refund, and thankfully this was given quickly, and communication was friendly and helpful.

GBHELL NO! Once I tried to sign up - they said "OOPS... something went wrong - please try a different card". I immediately went to my bank and had already been charged twice. SO... I tried to call their customer service number. There is NO customer service. No phone, all you can do is send a request and hope for an answer. I will NOT give money to a company that does NOT provide any customer service. I'm done supporting this behavior.

GBToo many of the matches are not within… Too many of the matches are not within the requested mileage range which is not helpful as one gets older. I was disappointed that there weren't more possibilities. I will say that many/most of the matches were more professional in nature and better educated which for me was a definite plus.

GBWorst dating site I’m going to keep this real, if you live in London 1 in 30 men on the site are not in London, they live 2/3 hours away. Everyday you are presented with 20 matches, that’s 140 a week, sounds a lot, 1% will not be a match. Silversingles will recommend you adjust your distance and advise “being too strict with your preferences can significantly limit the number of possible matches”. Who wants to travel 50 miles to meet someone. I would not recommend this dating site to friends or another species on another planet. A lot of fake profiles and profiles with no photo.

GBI requested a change in my personal… I requested a change in my personal information and the request was taken care of almost immediately.
