Sent us defective gear Sent us defective gear. Got the RMA from th assuring me we would get a full refund. They ended up charginge a restocking fee to return totally defective equipment. Having to file a complaint against them to get the rest of my money. The paintball arenas in our area all warned us to avoid them due to this practice of theirs. Save yourself a headache and buy from someone else.

Unprofessional, rude, lazy. Unprofessional. Terrible customer service--lazy and rude. They act like they are doing you a favor by letting you ordered from them. Also, I qualified for free shipping according to the rules on the site, but they decided to charge me anyway. I will never use this company again and am currently searching for someone else to order from.

Ansgear must think we are stupid Ansgear must think we are stupid. I was very close to pulling the trigger on a Ninqa Pro v2 regulator. Here is my problem with them. The std pro v2 has a steel bonnet, Ansgear's description says it comes with a aluminum bonnet. The aluminum bonnet makes it a pro v2 ultralight. A marker tank threads are aluminum, aluminum to aluminum will sieze and gall unless you use antiseize. Not desireable by any means when using hpa. Buyer beware!

Ordered over $400 worth of gear on… Ordered over $400 worth of gear on September 10th. Said on website that everything was in stock. After they automatically took the money from my account, half of what I ordered isn't in stock. Still haven't received my order. Also there "customer service " hours aren't what is posted. Says 8 but no one answers until after 11.
