ANS GEAR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! Called ANS gear explained to them that FedEx is incompetent delivery company and to drop it off at local Mail box company. The mail company excepts FedEx delivery and are great to work with. ANS gear didn’t follow up by calling FedEx to drop of at local mail company. I called ANS gear after FedEx first failed attempt and asked why they didn’t set it up with local drop off company. ANS gear didn’t care and will not shop with them again. ANS GEAR ALL AROUND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 online packages on the 28th… Ordered 2 online packages on the 28th of April , still have not arrived , I’ll be sending them back for a refund if they ever arrive and I’m going to update this review when I get my answer and post the screenshots so everyone can see that this company is a joke and they do not care they do not help with these situations. Paid for USPS Priority Shipping Paid for USPS Priority Shipping. AnsGear site clearly shows my zone and it should take no more than 3 days. They shipping it out, sent me a notice, but now it's taking 5 days and they blame it all on USPS. I paid $28 extra for nothing. I use USPS Priority all the time and it's 2-3 days, anywhere in the USA from my home in Texas. AnsGear Customer Service folks are rude, rude, rude and refuse to help. No way to escalate. Only way is through some generic email or chat. Buyer Beware. I'll send the Paint Ball guns back and never do business with them again.
