GBPlaced order 30 days ago, still no product! I placed an order on Jan 1st. The charge hit my credit card on the 3rd, and I received a confirmation email indicating that they had received my order, and will be preparing it for shipment shortly. By Jan 12, I had not received my order, and the order status on their website hadn't changed since Jan 3rd. It still said they had received my order, and will be preparing it for shipment shortly. So I sent an email to customer service on the 12th asking where my order was. I got a reply from "Amy" stating that my item was on backorder until Jan 25th, and that it would be shipped that day. I thanked her and waited. When the 25th came around, I checked the order status on their website. It still hadn't changed. I decided to wait a few days. By the 29th, still no change in order status, and no communication from Amy or anyone else. So I sent another email asking if my order had been shipped yet, and if not, how soon could I expect to receive it. No answer yet. Today is the 30th. It has been a month since I placed my order, and 27 days since they received my payment. I have not yet received any product, and I'm beginning to think I never will.

GBI'm so happy I found the same exact… I'm so happy I found the same exact product that I had previously bought 10 years ago that I no longer own. I searched so many other websites earlier today and I couldn't find any other sites that even had something similar and then when I found the same product that I used to have it just made me so happy.

GBI ordered a product on March 5,2022 and… I ordered a product on March 5,2022 and I still have yet to receive it I have tried contacting merchant multiple times for a refund im getting zero response and im sadly not able to dispute this purchase 43 dollars down the drain I could have used that money for anything else .. bad business -25 stars for me

GBIt’s been 2 and 1/2 weeks and haven’t… It’s been 2 and 1/2 weeks and haven’t received my order. Customer service is useless since number doesnt work and they don’t respond to my emails.
