Never received product contacted… Never received product contacted support through email never got response so ingot taken for $60 super pissed and unhappy never again will I buy from your store.

I placed my order in Friday the 19th… I placed my order in Friday the 19th with the site saying I’d get my order no later than the following Friday. Come the 23rd I still haven’t gotten a shipping invoice so I reached out and got an auto response saying my package should be shipped no later than 3-4 business days. With Monday being a holiday that means Friday the 25th was day four and surprise surprise I get a response from COED saying something happened in the warehouse and I’ll get an update in 24-48 hours… they only work week days. So now I’m waiting to hear from them at earliest Monday if not Tuesday to tell me what’s going on. All this is before it’s even been shipped. Unless they offer to overnight it I’m canceling my order.

I paid extra for expedited shipping I paid extra for expedited shipping. One of my two items showed up more than a week past the guaranteed delivery day and the second item still hasn't shipped more than a week later. The charging cord for the first time doesn't work either. I suggest shopping elsewhere.

Consider this site a scam Consider this site a scam. If the price is too good then it is. They "back-order" the expensive item causing you to wait 30 days. After 30 days, you can no longer contest the sale with your credit card. I never did receive the product. There is a reason this company URL is ".co", which is out of Columbia. Customers have no recourse.
