They sent the wrong color I ordered a backorder color (dark blue). I just received it and was sent red instead. I'm a little disappointed but it's not worth the hassle to sending it back just because it's the wrong color. Otherwise I'm satisfied. Although I wouldn't mind waiting for the correct one to be sent I still don't want to go through the hassle of shipping the first one back so the 15% refund will be fine. Thank you

“Insufficient address” Bought a Lola Star ultra realistic flashlight and the order says “insufficient address” don’t know how to solve this issue and after contacting support I realize I may have to wait EVEN longer to get the package I ordered. My information was entered correctly and I even made sure to check on google maps and safari maps. Very displeased and disappointed. Edit: Went to customer support and got a man named Tony, he was being aggressive and rude. Every question I asked he gave smart remark or just a straight up rude response. I am VERY displeased and will never be buying from this website again. (Still haven’t gotten the thing I ordered because every time they try to ship it it says “insufficient address.” If anyone is smart enough to check the reviews before making a purchase DO NOT order from this website, Amazon may be a bit more expensive but at least you don’t have to worry about rude responses and your package never even arriving to your doorstep.

Delivery driver did not ring the… Delivery driver did not ring the buzzer, and left the package out in the open on a city street. I had no idea the package was delivered until an email hours later. The package was gone by the time I was alerted and checked for it.
