It’s impossible to contact Customer Services - literally the only contact details to be found, after a lot of searching, is a postal address in Germany! I can’t believe that I keep seeing it rated as eg #4 top dating site! It’s a complete scam (I have been on e-harmony and Match and they were both fine)

Overall Overall, the experience with top10bestdatingsites.com was decent. Their website was mercurial to navigate and the customer service was so-so. The quality of their services were mediocure; they could use to work on providing a better customer experience. The prices are slightly above mediocrity for what they offer. The staff were friendly, but it took some getting used to find someone who could help. All in all, it wasn't a bad experience, but there's defintely some room for improvment in order to truly stand out from other dating sites.
