Why isn’t there a ‘Watchdog’ watching… Why isn’t there a ‘Watchdog’ watching out for what has been happening with Dating Sites for years, where they are not running these sites correctly. I also notice there is no subscribing by telephone so that you can say at the beginning you only want a certain amount of months subscription. How are they allowed to get away with this. It would not be allowed with any other companies. How can you make a complaint about them. They all seem to be doing the same thing - taking as much money from you as possible. They should not be getting away with this. Come back Marcus with the original POF. There are millions of us out here looking and waiting for a decent Dating site.

It is really annoying It is really annoying. All across the internet, you keep seeing the same dating sites being pushed to the top of the pile in what is obviously a well-orchestrated campaign. It was only after spending loads of money and being scammed that I recognized that these mainstream sites are all crap! My advice to anyone who wants to try online dating is to go with the lesser-known sites that seldom end up at the top of Google. Why does a site like Flirthouse.online never appear in a top ten when this is the only site that has ever proven to be a genuine dating site in my experience? Something has to be terribly wrong.

Elite Singles is the worst Elite Singles is the worst. The matches are all about 15 years older than me and most live at least 50 miles away, usually more. It’s impossible to contact Customer Services - literally the only contact details to be found, after a lot of searching, is a postal address in Germany! I can’t believe that I keep seeing it rated as eg #4 top dating site! It’s a complete scam (I have been on e-harmony and Match and they were both fine)

Eharmony …rip off Shiny exterior but absolute ripoff due to hidden fees. Boast free cancellation within 2 weeks if required. Then when you cancel due to realising you’ve wasted £89 quid, they set a trap so they can retain most of it. So they profit from this too. Of course T&Cs well hidden, and just provide the link to cover themselves legally. Misleading to say the least, and worst dating site I ever encountered in every sense including the profiles. Wouldn’t bother even if it was free.
