In multiple purchases from Pippd, this has always been the case. I often shop at Pippd for Chessex and Koplow dice, and this is my go to site for both of those brands. I have used other dice sites that are very good, but Pippd is my first choice. The prices are solid, free shipping at $45, excellent customer service, and most importantly, quality dice. If I could offer a suggestion it would be to expand to include some additional miniature lines. You all have the quality customer service down pat. Why not expand and widen your appeal.
