GBQuick service Quick service. Thought I would have to lug 20# to the post office as that was what I was told when I called to confirm. Instructions not clear. Had help from one of the maintenance men to get the ladder/step stool up to the our postal office but the lady who helped took it upon herself to question the UPS delivery and he walked her thru the process. On contacting Miles Kimball she was told that yes we could send it via UPS!

GBShipping and "handling" charges are… Shipping and "handling" charges are MUCH too high. Handling was $5 and shipping of $8.95 was by USPS regukar mail--what a joke. Also, products were shoved into package and severely wrinkled. Then, USPS shoved them into my mailbox. Will not order again. UPDATE: Reply from Miles Kimball shows you they really don't care!
